What Hirely does
One scan-first workflow: catch the lines that sound generic, fix them in your voice, and shape the whole thing to the job.
Line-by-line scan
Hirely reads every line and highlights the phrases a recruiter skims past — and says why.
Rewrites in your voice
Every suggestion is yours to confirm — Hirely never invents experience you didn't have.
Tailor to the job
Align your resume to the posting, then re-scan to catch anything that slipped back into filler.
How it works
Scan, fix, tailor, scan again. You run the loop until your resume reads like a person wrote it.
Scan
Upload or paste your resume. Hirely reads it line by line and highlights the phrases that sound AI-written, generic, or interchangeable with everyone else applying.
Fix the flagged lines
Each highlight explains why a recruiter would skim past it, then suggests a rewrite in your own register. You confirm what is true — Hirely never invents experience you did not have.
Tailor to the job, then scan again
Paste the job description and Hirely aligns your resume to what the role actually asks for. Scan the tailored version to catch anything that slipped back into filler. That loop is the whole product.
Questions, answered plainly
Do you write my resume for me?
No. We flag what blends in and suggest fixes only you can confirm are true. Every rewrite uses details you already gave us — we never invent experience, numbers, or titles.
What happens to a resume I upload?
We use it to run your scan and, if you have an account, to save your results so you can come back to them. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train models. Anonymous scans on the landing page are not tied to an account.
Will this get my resume past an ATS?
Tailoring aligns your resume to the language a specific job asks for, which helps with keyword-based filtering. But the point is a resume a human recruiter believes — one that sounds like you, not a template.
How is this different from asking an AI to write my resume?
That is the problem we solve. AI-written resumes all read the same, and recruiters have learned the tells. Hirely points at those exact lines in your draft and helps you replace them with something specific to you.
Is the free scan really full?
Yes. The landing-page scan runs the same analysis as a paid one — every flagged line, with the reason and a suggested fix. A free account adds 3 scans a month plus 1 tailored resume.
